2024 Chuseok Celebration

Our three-day Chuseok celebration welcomed 54 participants—including volunteers who also aged out of care—despite nearly 100% humidity!
Highlights included:
Ice-breaker games and a lecture on leadership and mentorship by Choi Eunju of Royal Coaching; A heartfelt message from speaker John Oh: Pajama party and movie night; Outdoor games, a treasure hunt, and a beach visit; Making traditional songpyeon (rice cakes); A talent show and fireworks by the beach
This event reminded everyone they are loved, valued, and part of the LBTO family. For many, it was the first time experiencing this kind of unconditional support. The smiles on their faces said it all—thank you for your prayers and love!
