Ahja Coaching Orientation 2025

On April 5, 2025, the LBTO Scholarship Program launched an exciting new chapter with the Ahja Coaching Orientation in partnership with Royal Coaching, Inc.!

This inspiring initiative provides each scholarship student with eight one-on-one coaching sessions led by professional coaches. Through these personalized sessions, students are encouraged to discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and gain practical life tools that will support them far beyond the scholarship program.

The orientation day was filled with energy, anticipation, and hope as students met their coaches for the very first time and were thoughtfully paired one-on-one. It was a powerful and heartwarming experience to witness so many young adults stepping into a new season of growth with excitement and courage.

At LBTO, we believe our students deserve more than financial support alone. We are committed to walking alongside them as they build confidence, resilience, leadership, and vision for their future. This coaching opportunity reflects our deep desire to invest not only in their education, but also in their personal and emotional growth for the long journey ahead.
